The Coulotte is a lean, tender, robustly flavored steak derived from the cap muscle of the Top Sirloin Butt. Sometimes known as a London Broil, it is delicious when broiled or grilled to medium rare doneness. It can also be marinated or simply used with your favorite dry rub. Each steak weighs approximately 10 oz. and is about 1 inch thick.Our Coulotte Steak Pack contains 8-10oz. steaks. Discover why grass fed beef is called "The New Health Food".
